• Beach Electric Company, Inc. completed electrical work for the new Monmouth University Kessler Stadium located is West Long Branch, NJ. The stadium, constructed by General Contractor, Benjamin R. Harvey Co., Inc., outshines its predecessor with new 4,000-person capacity seating, a multi-turnstile box office, concession stands, restrooms, rooftop video stations and a broadcast booth. • This nine-month project included installation of a new 1,000-amp 480 service with power distribution throughout the complex, as well as 1,800 LF of power and communication duct banks complete with eleven manholes. • Two previous electrical contractors defaulted on the contract delaying the electrical installation by several months. Despite the late start, Beach was able to complete the project in time for the team's first home game by adhering to a highly compressed schedule. • Monmouth University Football team opened the facility on September 2, 2017 with a victory over Lafayette College.
