Railroad Construction Co., Inc. was recently awarded a contract by Tishman Technologies Corp. for the removal of temporary access gates and for providing concrete barrier curb with security fence at seven locations. At an additional three locations, automatic cantilever sliding gates will be installed to provide access via a card reader. Work also includes reconstruction of pavement, sidewalk and curb, underground utilities, installation of guide rail and fence, construction of gate foundations and electrical and communication connections to the adjacent buildings.  The work is anticipated to be completed by August of 2013.
