Beach Electric Company, Inc. is currently working for Benjamin R. Harvey Construction on the new North End Pavilion in Spring
Lake, NJ. This facility is being designed with precast walls that will enclosure the entire area and includes a changing area, lockers and
storage, all having direct access to beach. A new catering room on second floor will overlook the ocean will be available for party and social events for the local community. There is also a new kitchen area for lunch and snacks, and two new pools, one for adults and one for children.
Beach Electric’s scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: temporary power and lighting; installation of duct banks; all conduits, power wiring and connections; distribution panelboards; lighting fixtures and lighting control devices; feeders and branch circuits; occupancy and motion sensors; receptacles; power connections to all the new equipment; switches and junction boxes, and fire alarm system.
